Terms and Conditions

These terms describe the public trial and subscription expectations for Apex public plans.

Trial and billing

  • Public plans are offered with a 15-day free trial before paid billing is intended to begin.
  • Plan selection at signup tells Apex which plan you intend to continue with after the trial period.
  • Billing setup is meant to happen through the configured Stripe or PayPal handoff flow for the selected plan.

Product limitations

  • Scanner outputs are informational signals and indications, not a promise of outcome.
  • Simulator access is for practice and does not represent live brokerage execution or guaranteed real-market outcomes.
  • Trading Journal content supports review and organization but does not replace your own decision-making or recordkeeping obligations.

Risk and responsibility

  • Trading involves risk, including the risk of losing real money.
  • Any real-money trade you take is your own decision and your own responsibility.
