Privacy Policy

This page describes the account and operational information Apex stores for the public auth and subscription flow.

Information we store

Account profile data such as your name and email address.
A hashed password rather than your raw password.
Auth session records, email-verification records, and signup provenance needed to run account security and access control.
Subscription state such as selected plan, status, and related account-access flags.
Operational account data generated as you use the app, including simulator, scanner, and journal usage where applicable.

Billing data

Apex Scanner stores billing-provider reference ids, subscription state, and payment audit rows needed to operate your subscription.
Apex Scanner does not store card details. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card information goes to the payment provider, never to our database.
